So I just finished the introduction and I'm loving it so far. The game's got a lot of neat little touches that make it feel alive. For instance the custom clothing (or custom textures on clothing?) is a really nice touch that I haven't seen in that many of these games before. The character designs are really well done too, I especially love some of the outfits they wear.
I also really enjoy how deeply you dived into the MC's and Mia's relationship. Most games that give the MC an already pre-established girlfriend tend to just leave it at that. They basically just say "This is the MC's girlfriend, ok bye" and leave it there. But this game is different in that it decides to actually show you multiple stages of their relationship in detail allowing you to get a pretty sizable look at both of their characters which is much appreciated. It allows you to actually develop interest in the characters yourself instead of trying to force you to be interested in them.
Can't really say much about the story as it doesn't really kick off in the intro. But so far it IS a fairly interesting premise and it DID catch my attention. So I'm excited to play through 1.1's content.
With all that said I do want to leave a bit of a warning I guess. I've read the comments and learned about some past drama and rewrites due to it. So I wanna give a piece of advice here. Try not to deviate from YOUR vision too much. I feel like if you constantly rewrite and change too many things you'd risk losing your edge, your motivation I guess. It'd stop feeling like it's YOUR story that YOU'RE making and the overall quality of it may drop as a result of that. Let me use Zenless Zone Zero as an example. It had a rocky start but it felt unique, and it felt like something the devs WANTED to make, something they were confident in, and I could feel that as a player. Then the devs began removing TV mode, and the amount of detail began dropping too, there were less neat interactions between characters, less detail in the environment, then later began changing the whole formula in season 2. It wasn't bad initially, but last minute rewrites to the story followed and then following the rewrites came issues with voice acting. To me it began feeling like it was moving away from what the devs actually wanted. They began moving away from THEIR vision out of fear that it'd be rejected by the players. I already feel like this game is something I'm gonna be following for a long time and I don't want it to go the same direction as ZZZ did.
Now I want to clarify something while I'm at it. Feedback IS good, Criticism IS good, and it's something you SHOULD be using to improve and grow as a developer/writer/whatever. But at the same time it can be dangerous as it could lead to that sort of loss of motivation I mentioned earlier. The mistake the ZZZ devs did was fold to everythingtheir players said about the game. If YOU think that something is TRULY essential to your game, then I think you should argue for it, try and make people see the reasons WHY it's in the game. Or at least that's how MY brain operates, there's certain things I don't find excusable at all and I'd make sure to tell you about them but otherwise I'm willing to change my opinion provided the right reasons. Alternatively, find a middle ground. A solution that both you AND the players are happy with WITHOUT compromising the game's integrity.
In regards to the Lesbian content being rewritten/removed/whatever. There's a game that's going through something similar in those regards. The source of your drama was a flashback lesbian scene between two future Love Interests. The game I'm referencing here is ECHOES by Oldcat/Lyk4n. Lyk4n's drama originated from a short flashback scene where the MC caught his ex-gf cheating on him. Technically NTR, so I understand the drama there more than the drama here. The parallels between the two is simple, both CAN be viewed as NTR as they both involve a character the MC is/will be romantically involved with, doing something with a different character that ISN'T the MC. However, whereas ECHOES is actually a form of NTR used as plot/character development. The scene from this game just straight up isn't NTR as neither character was involved with the MC at the time of the scene occurring. Both situations have made me realize just how fanatical people are about NTR, so much so that they seem to begin these crusades against things that are easily misinterpreted as NTR. Making it all optional is a fairly good solution to it as it DOES remove that scene, but I still feel like whenever it's re-added the fanatics would still consider it NTR because it's a flashback between the two characters. So I think whenever it's drummed back up, you should ignore them. You've already given them a solution, so now it's up to them whether or not to take it. Tying it back to my previous paragraph, I wouldn't recommend completely writing it out of the story either.
That's honestly everything I've got to say. Or to be more accurate, I'm actively stopping myself from saying more or else this would probably end up being a couple hundred pages long. I tend to easily ramble about things and that translates into writing as well. Ultimately you're the developer, so you get the final say in whatever decisions are made about the game, I just wanted to provide my input on the matters at hand. Overall, I AM enjoying the game so far as it is now and really look forward to future updates. So I wish you well with the development of the game.
Edit: After reading a few of the free patreon posts. It looks like you kinda already knew a lot of this huh? Sorry for repeating it then lol.

- - - About the changes : Yuri parts were never meant to be something big here, I just added yuri side plot in prologue cause i like yuri myself and needed an excuse to use it in game so i added some plot elements that use it, but players asked for that to be optional so i made it optional, and i think everybody is happy now. I don't see this as a big change at all. More like quality of life update.
And the slight rewrite of v1.1 was made because the script was a bit rushed and I did some continuity errors (that feedbackers pointed out) and didn't flesh out Suzzie's character as much as I wanted thus i added few more scenes to show her real personality more.
So overall no need to worry. I know where I am going with the plot and I will not sway from my designed path. - - -

I did read about the 1.1 changes on some of the free posts and how you felt the original felt rushed, made the MC and Mia feel a bit dumb, and made Suzzie feel shallow. So the changes for that I completely understand.
I just kinda wish I could play the original 1.1 side by side to see the differences cause I'm curious about what people pointed out as well as what Suzzie scenes were added in.
Also as a side note, I do feel the need to apologize if my comment came off rude or annoying in a few places. I kinda struggle to get the right emotions across when I write and I tend to CAPITALIZE, underline, italicize, and put words in bold that I want to put emphasis on. Which has been mistaken for me being angry in the past.
Maybe I'll wait until 1.2 to give a proper review then? I've barely finished the intro, but I had to come by and express my delight at this writing. The banter between characters is absolutely magical. The script could do with an editing pass for typos and such, but the core content is some of the best I've read. Just wanted to put that out there.

About typos: Usually before every version my friend does a huge proofread and fixes most of the typos she finds, since I'am completely awful at this. But even she can't find them all so I collect the ones players find and fix them all in new updates.

I plan to translate the game to few other languages including spanish but that's a task for one of the future updates when I'll save up some money to pay someone to translate it.
I do not want to use some online translator tool because we all know how badly can they sometimes translate something so i need to hire someone to do it.
As of now no femboy/futa is planned in the game. Im focusing on introducing my full planned cast of goth girls which will take a while.
If enough people will want it tho - i can consider adding some futa SIDE CHARACTER apart from the main story sometime in the future. But i leave that to the voice of the people someday.

Right now i juggle coding with two jobs to keep me alive and not homeless so it takes me a little more time. 1.1 Update is planned to release in December and I am doing my best to deliver. Worst case scenario its january but i will try as hard as i can to deliver it this year.
One lesbian scene that happens 3 years in the past, added as a plot set-up, made a few people mad. I made it optional and moved on. I think all's good now.

not a fan of disabling rollback and q.save/q.load when there are options, this game has a sense of humour and I want to explore without having to manually save at ever choice to see the various outcomes
and my dyslexia has me going back every like 5 lines to double check a word (I can use history there but it's way more awkward than scroll up), or I'll see something in a previous frame and want to go back to double check what it was because I only noticed it right as I clicked but can't and my last save was too far back to bother loading and I'd need to use skip and I'd probably skip over it
I'm guessing there used to be more haters down there but is it really over one lesbian scene? it'd be far from the first game with intra harem relationships and I assume the "one...skippable...none planned in future" is in response to them? I say let the girls have fun lol XD

Tbh there were two more planned in the span of the next six updates. So rewrithing them for threesomes wasn't even hard. I can make the optional lesbian scenes if poeple would want them but that's a subjejct for 1.4 and 1.7. Nothing to bother about rn.

and sharing isn't NTR, atleast to english speakers since we use the word sharing, NTR is exclusively used to refer to cheating or stealing girls and almost always cringy fukbois stealing girls. yes I know netorase exists but the only time I see people use it is to say "well akshually sharing is NTR because of this other japanese word that people don't commonly use" to which the answer is when people use that and aren't trying to hate or push for the inclusion of full blown NTR they use NTS to differentiate them
lastly not liking sharing with other males is a breeding instinct (females can't impregnate your girl) and so long as they stay with you it's all just fun
Personally I love the design and some lesbian seggs if well done, so I hope the dev won't listen to a sexually frustrated minority and keep going with their planned content, including lesbian.
Lesbian content has been made optional so everyone can enjoy the game the way they want. I want everybody to be satisfied with the game not just half of the players so I think It's all good now.
Can't believe so many people are against lesbian/bi-sexual content between LIs, especially with them being planned to be in the harem. It's even more wild that people actually consider that NTR.

Excellent Introduction. Enjoyed it a lot. The character banter is the star of this so far. A great mix of fun and romance. Will be playing more when it's available.

Please turn on the renpy back function. I think I’ve seen you already say this is planned but adding to the request.
The choice prompts with only a single choice feel a little why is this done this way.
I’m probably in the minority but I liked and enjoyed the scenes with Jade and Noemi. The banter was good and interesting. Characters are allowed to have joy independent of the MC being in the scene.
Like the look of the roadmap and planned themes. Clarification of BDSM is on the list but you don’t explicitly put in Maledom with that though most people probably assume that is the direction.
Some concern of dropping into the open world setup. A lot of sandboxes feel like they blunt the narrative momentum of the story. And the linear story in the intro has been a good flow and feel. Would hate to feel like that got lost going forward.
Final note on communication. You do not currently have a discord or a free tier on Patreon which are the main ways I get creator updates pushed out to me. So right now I need to remember to come back and check on the game periodically to check and see if there are updates. Don’t know if it’s worth your time but something to consider.

Rollback noted, choices will be made better in 1.1 with small diffrent outcomes. Rn added them mostly so my adhd homie playtester would not whine about not having things to click. From 1.1 they will matter more.
Jade and Noe intro got a rework and yuri was made optional. Bdsm will definitelly be both ways. Dom women are my kryptonite.
Bout map. Yeah... i am thinking about it heavily after feedback on my writing and people liking it. Probably the way to go is add semi open sections in some plot points and leave the open world free to explore when the story of the update ends.
I will deliver like a 1 dollar tier for people who just want to see some release posts and discord access, to not accumulate spam accounts.

Lol, I can definately see the button to click design choice in that framing. Follow up question on the BDSM for your answer. Is your dynamic one way with a specific character? Or will you switch back and forth with the same character?
Reminds me of what Out of Touch does and how they sometimes have sections at the beginning of an arc where it's just a bunch of the characters walking around. You get to walk to different locations, talk to the group at each location, and examine each location. There's even sometimes optional stuff included, like extra bits of story or lore. My favorite thing to do is to go to the Subway/Train Station in that game and examine it, almost every character goes "Why the fuck am I here? What was the point of even coming here?"
It has its flaws (I loved the background errors), but I loved everything I saw. Mia's dynamic with the MC, the interesting characters presented, the care taken with the models and scenes, the attention to detail—I find it hard to believe this is a first project. I'm deeply invested in the story and can't wait to see more. And I'm grateful for the road map.
My only "tip" would be to be careful with grammar. Not for me, but I know plenty of people who are capable of marking a game as bad if it has too many errors.
Again, a great game. Keep cooking and don't rush perfection.

Tbh there were two more planned in the span of the next six updates. So rewrithing them for threesomes wasn't even hard. I can make the optional lesbian scenes if poeple would want them but that's a subjejct for 1.4 and 1.7. Nothing to bother about rn.

and sharing isn't NTR, atleast to english speakers since we use the word sharing, NTR is exclusively used to refer to cheating or stealing girls and almost always cringy fukbois stealing girls. yes I know netorase exists but the only time I see people use it is to say "well akshually sharing is NTR because of this other japanese word that people don't commonly use" to which the answer is when people use that and aren't trying to hate or push for the inclusion of full blown NTR they use NTS to differentiate them
lastly not liking sharing with other males is a breeding instinct (females can't impregnate your girl) and so long as they stay with you it's all just fun
Personally I love the design and some lesbian seggs if well done, so I hope the dev won't listen to a sexually frustrated minority and keep going with their planned content, including lesbian.
Lesbian content has been made optional so everyone can enjoy the game the way they want. I want everybody to be satisfied with the game not just half of the players so I think It's all good now.
Can't believe so many people are against lesbian/bi-sexual content between LIs, especially with them being planned to be in the harem. It's even more wild that people actually consider that NTR.

Some feedback and thoughts:
Please turn on the renpy back function. I think I’ve seen you already say this is planned but adding to the request.
The choice prompts with only a single choice feel a little why is this done this way.
I’m probably in the minority but I liked and enjoyed the scenes with Jade and Noemi. The banter was good and interesting. Characters are allowed to have joy independent of the MC being in the scene.
Like the look of the roadmap and planned themes. Clarification of BDSM is on the list but you don’t explicitly put in Maledom with that though most people probably assume that is the direction.
Some concern of dropping into the open world setup. A lot of sandboxes feel like they blunt the narrative momentum of the story. And the linear story in the intro has been a good flow and feel. Would hate to feel like that got lost going forward.
Final note on communication. You do not currently have a discord or a free tier on Patreon which are the main ways I get creator updates pushed out to me. So right now I need to remember to come back and check on the game periodically to check and see if there are updates. Don’t know if it’s worth your time but something to consider.

Rollback noted, choices will be made better in 1.1 with small diffrent outcomes. Rn added them mostly so my adhd homie playtester would not whine about not having things to click. From 1.1 they will matter more.

Bout map. Yeah... i am thinking about it heavily after feedback on my writing and people liking it. Probably the way to go is add semi open sections in some plot points and leave the open world free to explore when the story of the update ends.
I will deliver like a 1 dollar tier for people who just want to see some release posts and discord access, to not accumulate spam accounts.

Reminds me of what Out of Touch does and how they sometimes have sections at the beginning of an arc where it's just a bunch of the characters walking around. You get to walk to different locations, talk to the group at each location, and examine each location. There's even sometimes optional stuff included, like extra bits of story or lore. My favorite thing to do is to go to the Subway/Train Station in that game and examine it, almost every character goes "Why the fuck am I here? What was the point of even coming here?"
Honestly... I wasn't expecting such a good game.
It has its flaws (I loved the background errors), but I loved everything I saw. Mia's dynamic with the MC, the interesting characters presented, the care taken with the models and scenes, the attention to detail—I find it hard to believe this is a first project. I'm deeply invested in the story and can't wait to see more. And I'm grateful for the road map.
My only "tip" would be to be careful with grammar. Not for me, but I know plenty of people who are capable of marking a game as bad if it has too many errors.
Again, a great game. Keep cooking and don't rush perfection.
